Westport Farm Cottage Prices

There are no hidden extras when you book with us. This means no utility charges or surcharges, no parking fees, no cleaning or laundry charges and no towel or linen rental fees.

Lavatory paper, washing up liquid, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, coffee, tea and sugar are all supplied free of charge. To get your holiday off to a great start we also provide a free Welcome Pack containing bread, butter, milk, and from our farm pantry eggs, jam, chutney, apple juice and cider.

Christmas and New Year bookings benefit from a real christmas tree in every cottage, christmas crackers, mince pies, our own delicious mulled cider and our sloe or other fruit-flavoured gin!

We welcome trained guide/assistance dogs at no charge.

We also welcome well trained pet dogs who are used to farm conditions, providing they are never left unattended and are not permitted to climb onto beds or furniture. If you have a doggie crate for night time use, please do bring it. Regrettably, we cannot accept teething puppies/dogs without one.  A canine fee of £30 per week applies to pet dogs which must be authorised during the initial booking process. 

Short Breaks of 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights are available provided they fall entirely within a single Saturday to Saturday booking week.

April-December short breaks are not bookable more than 28 days before the proposed arrival date.

The 5 or 6 night rate is the weekly rate less 10%.
The 4 night rate is the weekly rate less 20%.
The 3 night rate is the weekly rate less 30%.
The 2 night rate is the weekly rate less 40%.

The Earlybird Discount is available for each full week you book and pay for in a single payment 12 or more weeks in advance.

Hare Cottage: If you book more than 12 weeks but less than 24 weeks in advance, the Earlybird Discount is £30 per week; If you book 24 or more weeks in advance, the Earlybird discount is £60 per week.

Cockerel Cottage: If you book more than 12 weeks but less than 24 weeks in advance, the Earlybird discount is £25 per week; If you book 24 or more weeks in advance, the Earlybird Discount is £40 per week.  

Gander Cottage: If you book more than 12 weeks but less than 24 weeks in advance, the Earlybird discount is £25 per week; If you book 24 or more weeks in advance, the Earlybird Discount is £40 per week.  

You can book by paying a deposit of one third of the cost of your stay and then paying the balance 6 weeks before the start of your stay. This option is not open to bookings of less than one full week.
